New hire orientation is a two-day training process, but employees don't go out into the field alone after that. They spend at least 30 to 90 days with lead operators to ensure they fully understand the rest of the operations. Lead operators gauge the new employee's comfort level and only release them into the field when they feel confident that they are ready to handle the job. Pro-Vac also conducts employee assessments after a certain time period to ensure that employees retain the information and make adjustments to the training program as needed.
Pro-Vac doesn't stop at safety training and field operations; they also provide opportunities for employee development. Pro-Vac takes the time to understand where its employees want to be and what their career goals are. For example, if an employee wants to become a driver or obtain a commercial driver's license, Pro-Vac has programs in place to support their education. As long as they meet specific criteria, Pro-Vac pays for and sponsors additional training.
