Vac-One expands into Cathodic Protection with acquisition of Kantex Companies, LLC

Effective March 27, 2018. Vac-One announced today that it has acquired Kantex Companies, LLC (“Kantex”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Kantex, based in Colorado Springs, CO., is a leading provider of cathodic protection and vacuum excavation services to the oil and gas, civil and municipal markets.
